About Lisa Piccirillo, Owner
Baking is in my blood. As a child, I would watch my Italian mom
and aunts prepare for family gatherings - whether it was a wedding, a
religious ceremony, or holiday party - by baking delicious cookies
and biscotti. I would watch intently as they carefully formed their
cookies and after they were baked, place them on platters. These
cookie platters were always the highlight of our family parties; guests
sought them out and raved about them for weeks afterwards!
I started to help my mom as a young girl and in my teens began to
make my own batches to contribute to the platters. I continued to
work on perfecting these family recipes, while learning new ones as
well.
Through college and after getting married, I continued to bake for my
family and friends and received many compliments and
encouragement to start a baking business of my own. I finally
decided to do what I truly have loved to do since my childhood - bake
amazingly delicious cookies!
